North is up. This is the roof footprint measured from the aerial data, with the length of each side labeled where space allows. The measured drip edge, ridge, hip, and valley totals are listed below. The outer lidar boundary does not separate eaves from rakes.
Length totals
Step and apron flashing are a best-effort estimate read from the aerial elevation model, not a measured takeoff. They read most reliably on distinct wall steps; apron runs read more reliably than step runs, and low-relief junctions or short and shaded runs can be under-counted. Treat these figures as a conservative planning starting point; the on-site measurement records the flashing that determines the material order.
Size and slope
Every report includes total roof area and roofing squares. Lidar-supported reports also include predominant pitch and a split between sloped and low-slope sections.
Facets and lengths
The full report includes a per-facet breakdown and supported ridge, hip, valley, and outer-boundary lengths. Available flashing estimates are labeled separately.

In Florida, the cited lidar inventory covers 94.3% of land area; 89.4% of land area is covered by lidar flown in 2015 or later. Availability elsewhere varies by property.
When lidar detail is unavailable, the result may be limited to area and squares, without pitch, facets, or roof-edge lengths. Every delivered report states its own scope and source.

If something goes wrong
If Eaveon cannot produce a report, any captured payment is refunded in full. If you believe a delivered report is wrong, contact us within 30 days. We will remeasure it at no charge, or refund it if we cannot produce a report that matches the roof.

How should I use this during a sales appointment?
Use the available measurements with your own labor, material, waste, and margin assumptions to discuss a ballpark replacement price. Confirm the roof onsite before committing to final scope, contract price, or material quantities.
Can a lead provider include a report with a lead?
That is a strong use case for a written lead-service or volume arrangement. It can add measured roof area, squares, and a shareable preliminary report to the lead package so the contractor starts the first follow-up with property context. Bulk redistribution is not included with the individual $8 report.
How current is the aerial data?
The source age varies by location. Lidar-supported reports show the flight year when it is available. New construction may appear as bare ground when the source predates the building, and tree cover can reduce the detail available.
What if the source cannot support every measurement?
Eaveon may return an area-and-squares report without pitch, facets, or roof-edge lengths when lidar detail is unavailable. If payment is captured and no report can be produced, we refund it in full.
What if the report is wrong?
Contact Eaveon within 30 days. We will remeasure it at no charge, or refund it in full if we cannot produce a report that matches the roof.
