Eaveon measures a roof from aerial data. Public lidar elevation data and aerial imagery are resolved by a solver into roof area, squares, pitch, a per-facet breakdown, and measured totals for ridge, hip, valley and eave. No one visits the property.

• One report covers one address.
• Every report prints the flight year, the point density and the confidence tier that produced it.
• Where the capture cannot support a figure, the report declines it rather than printing one.

This is the clause that matters most, and the report says the same thing on its own face: this is an aerial measurement, not a surveyed takeoff.

• Eaveon is not a land surveyor and does not provide surveying, engineering, or inspection services. Nothing sold here is a survey, and a report must not be presented as one.
• A report is a preliminary aerial estimate, produced for bidding, quoting and planning.
• A documented on-site measurement is the final word for contracts, scope, and material orders.

The lookup on the home page is provided as it stands, with no guarantee that it is available or that any given address can be measured. It is rate limited to about six lookups per ten minutes per connection, and that ceiling can change without notice.

It is for looking at roofs one at a time. It is not for automated, scripted or bulk use.

• A report costs US$8.00. One address per report. No account is required.
• Payment is processed by Stripe with Managed Payments enabled, which makes Stripe the merchant of record for the sale. Stripe takes the payment, issues the receipt, and handles any tax that applies to it.
• Card details are entered with Stripe and never reach us.
• The price shown at checkout is the price. A checkout you leave without paying is not a charge.

Paying returns you to a link, and that link is the report. It is the whole authorisation: there is no account behind it, so anyone holding the link can read the report. Keep it, and treat it the way you would treat the report itself.

We do not email the report. Stripe emails the receipt, and replying to that receipt reaches us. If the report is not on your link within one business day of payment, reply to the receipt and we will either send it or refund you.

Some roofs cannot be measured from the air. New construction, gaps in lidar coverage and heavy tree cover are the common reasons. When the solver cannot return a result it will stand behind, no report is produced and you should not be charged for it. If a charge was taken, we refund it in full.

• Reports are estimates produced from aerial data. We do not warrant that a measurement matches an on-site measurement exactly, and you should not price a job as though it did.
• The confidence tier printed on the sheet is the honest statement of what the underlying capture supports.
• If a report is wrong, tell us the address and we re-measure it. The refund page says when we refund instead.
• Except as stated in these terms and on the refund page, the service is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

A report you buy is yours to use in your business. Print it, attach it to a bid or a claim, hand it to your own customer, send it to an adjuster.

You may not resell reports as a measurement service of your own, and you may not redistribute them in bulk. Eaveon keeps ownership of the site, the solver, and the report format.

• Do not work around the rate limits, script the free lookup, or run the measurement path at volume outside a written arrangement.
• Enter addresses you have a legitimate business reason to measure.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or track a person.
• We can refuse or block use that breaks this section.

The site, the free lookup and the measurement path can be unavailable, paused, or limited at any time. Anything the site marks as roadmap is not built and is not sold.

We can change these terms. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed, and a change applies to purchases made after that date.

A report is a preliminary aerial estimate, and the limit below reflects that. For any claim connected to a report, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a bid priced from an aerial estimate that a later on-site measurement contradicts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of the State of Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Email us first. Most things are faster to fix than to argue about.
